Arch smiled politely as his pack mate came over next to him with his usual scowl on. Grinning in spite of it he was about to answer his question when Alex broke the news. His smile faded and he glanced sidelong at the fellow demon. "I suppose the meeting starts now." Arch listened with a cold feeling gripping his heart as the situation was explained and more wolves came to the clearing. a few claiming we need to evacuate and others calling for blood. He nodded sadly. This was their home, it was only natural that they would feel an attachment to it and want to fight. He hung his head slightly. But it was a hopeless fight. The humans were too many and they came with strange weapons. Arch could control time and space and still couldn't avoid them. He watched Shadow enter the clearing with a small pup accompanying him. His heart felt a small pang of joy that the Loner had a son. However, when he spoke of fighting for his home Arch felt it was time to intercede. The child could not lose his father in a pointless battle. "We can not win a war with the humans." He spoke to the wolves around him. "Our abilities are powerful and strange but it wont stop them. If they can't kill us with their weapons they will come with axe and flame. They will burn us out if they must." Arch flashed back to his homeland. How the humans had tried to capture him and failed as he slipped through time and space. Until they came in the night. They came in such numbers he could never have evaded them. They burned the woods until there was no where he could run but straight into their trap. He shuddered at the thought. "We must flee... there is no other option."

The goddess glared at those who disobeyed her. They did not understand. "I'm afraid you do not understand."[/b]She sighed seeming annoyed with her children
"The options I have said are not up for discussion. You will move land. Having attachment to it is not of importance. Do you think that you are the only ones who have lived here your entire lives? Others have lived here before. Including myself. It will be wise of you to take my advice. Achak will do his best to steer the two-legged away but you must move before then. My brother will not be kind to the humans nor to you."[/b]
Misae glared allowing her eyes to linger on the wolves present. She noticed a pup and felt a slight pain for him to have to move at a young age but it soon passed. She was a goddess. Their mother. And they had no right to refuse her. She then looked to her pupil beside her and tried her best to comfort those around her. "We can't fight them!" The youngest of the elder wolves growled in a yell. "My mother has told me what they have done. We can't win!" She cried hoping that they would understand. She looked to Shadow smiling at his son who looked so frightened "You can't fight Shadow. Do you really want your son to go through the pain of losing you?" She whispered ears folding back as she sunk to the ground remembering what she had lost her brother.
"It's my fault..." She whispered lost in her own torturous memories "I killed him...it's my fault. Otherwise Kage would have been Alpha not me." She whimpered shaking her head. "Don't you think that this is hard for me as well? I've lived here my entire life, I've lost my family here. I know no other home! But we must leave for our survival!"
Why didn't they understand?

Charlie’s pleasant conversation with Celeste was rather suddenly interrupted with rather disturbing news. In fact, it rather bristled her, the fact that all of the wolves seemed concerned that the humans were after them specifically. If Charlie knew anything about these humans they would kill any wolf deemed invaluable to them, and capture the rest with traps. It wasn’t difficult to learn their ways when she’d already been killed by the greedy bastards before. The undead female stood, glaring at this new wolf. He irritated her, jumping in at random, announcing his opinion when she really believed that Alex had a hold on the situation. ”No, I don’t believe most of us do agree.” Her lip twitched, revealing yellowed fangs, ”What is your name, wolf?”
The building growl was cut short at the answer of Misae. For once the Goddess seemed to actually be speaking sense. It would be simple to move. Their kind had been moving and running from the humans for a long time, and in their life times it worked. However, there was only so far one could run until they came to the ocean and could go no further, until they realized that there was just no where left to run to.
The undead wolf watched as Shadow appeared, pup in tow. It gave her a twang to see new life. A sort of hope glimmered in her, trying to sneak past the cloud of seemingless despair. What would the pup's life be like? Perhaps Charlie would still be around to find out. She wondered if he would be as curageous as his parents. 'I hope so. The world only has enough room for the stronger ones.'
While conflict broke out, the wolf remained silent, listening to the process. ”It would be simple to run from the humans.” She finally spoke, voice raspy as ever. ”But where are we going to run to?” Her brown eye gazed upon the present wolves. ”There are few, if any, other places like this. Plus what of the wolves that have disappeared? Loved ones, mates, wolves that were once pups.” Her eye landed on Shadow with the word 'mate', noting that Nokida had failed to show up. ”Are we going to leave them behind while we run to nowhere?” The boney female stepped forward, gazing at Misae. ”It's time you let your pups grow up Misae. We have no where left to run, so teach us how to fight these two-legs.”

Listening and observing, Venom is pissed off with what the other wolves agreed on. Basically, they all want to run away with their tails between their legs. "I don't understand why we can't fight. Sure there are more of them and they have guns and other weapons, but don't we have specialties? We can all use it against these humans! I don't know about you guys, but I'm tired of moving. It's about time we stand up." Looking at Misae, he gives her an apologetic look. "I don't mean to disobey you or your orders, it's just that we've been running for so long and I agree with Charlie."

Kestrel's wait was intruded opon by Beauty. She hadn't forgotten the Gathering a few moons ago, and she wasn't about to, but the female had put it mostly behind her. ”Not much.” The two weren't given much time to talk before all hell broke loose.
And by “all hell”, she meant what usually happens at the Peace Gatherings. Something that no one suspected and ruins everyone's life. How troublesome.

Beauty gasps after hearing the news. Humans? Hunting for us? Her father told her about humans and how evil they can be. They're greedy and want everything for themselves, and will destroy anything in their paths. She can remember him saying that. The best thing to do is to run away from them, to keep everyone safe. "I think it might be best for us to leave. Humans have been hunting us for years, and for the most part they succeeded." Responding to the cute wolf's response, she says "That's easier said than done."

Etheral sighed, slowly padding her way through the Demon Pack territory. She was frusterated. Frusterated at her pack. Freya had basically left them, and she was beginning to doubt the Alpha's return; Lucifer was becoming increasingly difficult; Horjacc... well, he was getting better, and she believed they were slowly pulling him to the better side of the pack; Aiden... she hadn't seen him in a while, and it was beginning to upset her. All in all, the demon wolf was grumpy, and she was looking for Archimedes to keep her company.
She figured he would be at the Peace Gathering, and as she treaded into the usual tension, she spotted him alongside Abraxus. Excellent, she hadn't seen much of the other pack member. ”What's happening?” She asked them, laying next to Archimedes.

Shadows ears flattened as the wolves around him argued over what their next plan of action should be. His eyes widened in shock as Aisu mentioned his son growing up without a father. He growled in irritation at this. "You're so quick to assume that i will fall?" He looked down at his son who was shivering by his side and wrapped a paw around him. Smiling down at the young pup who reminded him so much of Nokida. He observed more and more wolves entering the gathering. Shadow hadn't seen a collection this large in quite sometime. some took one side and some took another. Growling at all the bickering he spoke again in a deep commanding voice. "We wont have any chance at all if we waste our time bickering over what we should do. I say those that want to stay and fight can do so if they choose. Those of you who wish to flee may do that as well. But don't waste our time trying to convince everyone to make one decision."
Kaizer closed his eyes and curled up under his fathers touch. He folded his ears tight against his head and blocked out all the arguing. Would he and his father have to move? A tear slid down his cheek at the thought of what the other alpha had said. What is father was killed in the war? Kaizer's body shuddered with fear and crying. He didn't want to think of what would happen to him without his father there.

What was this talk about humans? She laughed, her plan had worked wondered. Having been laying low for a while, planning, always planning. She chuckled, her voice deep and dark, And these wolves thought she was going soft. Ha just showed how pathetic they really were.
Stepping out from the shadows, her claws raked the grounds. "These humans you speak of, those that are coming, well you fellright for my trap. Just shows how truely pathetic a wolf's mind can be when playing games," she laughed, her tail twitching as she concentrated. It was something new she had learnt to do, project her mind reading abilities for all to see. In the corner of her eye something shimmered and she narrowed her eyes even more in concentration. There the figure of a human, an illusion of sorts she had created. "Is this what you fear?" she asked, her voice menacing as she silently ordered the human she had ejected from her mind move towards the wolves. She had even gone as far as creating the weapon for it. Yes, she could taste fear, smell it and she loved it. "You all thought i left didnt you?" she asked, not really expecting an answer.

A peace gathering, he's heard whispers of it when he entered the sacred place. To be honest, the idea appealed to him and it rather sparked his interests to go see what it was about. Azrael didn't even have any intentions to contribute to anything. Just listen and wait to see what they're concerns are, so where their fears truly lay. Fear was the true window to the soul, fear and sadness of loss, it made others such an easy target then, it was when they were the most fragile. It made everything abandon what they thought they were so dedicated to; the heart was a delicate thing. It often was the downfall of many great wolves. To discover the weakness of this grove was to tap into the hearts of the packs. Everything was a waiting game and not announcing the fact you’re an inconspicuous idiot to the whole world was a good way to win.
Azrael laid down in the sand, the tickle of the grains against his nose reminded him of home in its own pleasurable way. There wasn’t much of the desert around here, and where he was from seemed far away, but bigger things brought bigger opportunities. He was willing to sacrifice the smell of dirt for the taste of victory. He looked up and watched many types of wolves in all shapes and sizes, fur types and colours walk into the lot. Then it wasn’t long to figure out what their biggest concern was. humans. How pitiful, he’s travelled far and ran into many groups of humans, many which just run at the sight of wolves, but he knew what these wolves’ fears were. The reason why he wanted to unite packs was for the cause of getting rid of the humans and the imbalance they brought to nature.
Maybe humans can kill one pack, or two, but not twelve, or a hundred. Not at once, and not all of them. The two-legged ones might carry weapons, but they were nothing compared to what this valley wielded, if only they knew how quickly human’s would die at the idea of a wolf spitting fire. Yet he allowed them to bicker, it was all fine with him as far as he was concerned, tear the valley in two, each picking their own side. Azrael only saw it as another opportunity in which he would use to strike, while they were fleeing or those that survived the humans. Either or would be weak and fresh for the picking.
Once he was comfortable with watching the bickering, some, woman just waltzed right into the gathering area. Acting like she held some actual power, maybe she did, and maybe she didn’t. Either way, she sounded like one of those inconspicuous idiots he was thinking about earlier. ”I wonder when she’ll find out that no one fears her,” Azrael said with a low voice to Delilah, a faithful young wolf whose presence he’d become accustomed to. At first he supposed it was a little odd, but at this point in time it was actually weirder when she wasn’t around. Strange wasn’t it?
Either way the pink wolf was no real threat, anyone that was serious about anything wouldn’t prance about giggling her evil plans. Azrael turned to Delilah with a grin on his face as he rolled his eyes at the strange, strange woman that seemed more immature than diabolical. ”Told you this was going to be fun,” He said, staying into the background with his devoted companion. Still silence was the best policy until you knew the facts of the land, traditions were different everywhere and if you wanted the hearts of the people you'd have to honour their customs with grace.

The various scents of wolves startled her at first. So many tiny tweaks and changes to each scent, it was like a tapestry of information. Jumbled information that made no sense to her at first. It was like random numbers that she had to punch into an equation to make any sense of it. Four main packs smelled apparent, and then there were the loners, which had their own respective smells. It was almost over-whelming and frightening. Trodding silently beside Azrael, however, settled her, and each paw-pad was more confident then the last.
Being in the clearing was like running into a brick wall of mayhem. A million things were happening at once, and the tension in the air was disturbing. She glanced over at Az's face for a moment, and then smirked at his comment. ”I'm sure she won't. It would appear as though most of the wolves are mad at her, rather then frightened.” The murmur was quiet enough so that if it did reach the red female's ears, it'd be like a whisper, like a thought in the back of her mind. She settled down, ready to watch and observe on in silence as usual.
Her eyes turned to the red female, interest laying in them. Certainly she was well-bodied, and she was confident. Azrael seemed not at all phased, though, and if the male wasn't phased, then there was clearly no reason to be. She trusted his judgment of wolves better then her own. This wolf held power, yes, but powers were expendable. Azrael's real strength lay in his natural talent as a leader. Look at herself, she followed him like a lost puppy and was happy to do so. And yet, most everyone else's response to this female was anger and annoyance. A snort escaped her, and she shook her head, hiding back a grin.
”Told you this was going to be fun.” She sighed and rolled over onto her back, inconspicuously moving closer to him. ”Tell me when it's over.” The words were followed by fake snoring, as she joked about the 'serious' matters happening around them. After a few moments she flipped back over onto her stomach and yawned. ”Easy and fun are two different things, Azrael.” A small smirk crossed her muzzle as she gave the clearing another once-over.

He listens to Misae command and shakes his head in disagreement. No, we can't leave. Wolves have lived here and this is there home. Glancing at the half dead wolf, he smiles politely. "My apologies, I am Sakima. I've just arrived and heard the tragic news. I've decided to put my input. That is all." He senses the irritation in her, and tries to appease it. Suddenly, a reddish wolf appeared, creating an illusion of a human. Not fearing the human at all, he growls with disgust. "This is all a hoax, there is no immediate human threat. For all of your worries, you'll have to thank the red wolf over there." He glares at her, angry for being fooled.

The Alpha glared hard when the red female appeared-again without Luna in toe. Figures she was the cause of this. But when she projected the human in front of them Aisu was confused and acted wrongly. Slinking back into the comfort of Misae as if she were a pup. "Why did you do this?" She asked half in shock and half in anger. Again she felt the heat rise and this time she had half the mind not to stop it.
More wolves were coming. Newer wolves that she didn't know of. One wolf, male, had a high grace about him and it sort of annoyed her that one was so confident in a land they didn't know of. She heard the snort and fake snoring of the female that had tailed behind the white male and she growled. Turning her being on her and the heat grew.
"This is a sacred place. Take it seriously, outsider." She hissed glaring with all her worth she was fed up and disgusted at how most of these wolves didn't take the Gatherings seriously anymore. It was nothing like how it was when she was a pup.
"Calm yourself, child. It will do no good for anyone to use your power out of spite. Misae childed the silver youth who's heat was beginning to get out of control she could tell that the stress was getting to her. As it was to all. Aisu shifted uncomfortably trying to as the Goddess had said yet finding it hard. She was so angry.
She shook her head eyes rolling back and turning white and she growled, feeling the heat rise up her throat from her belly. Everything was getting out of control.

Arch gave a grim smile as Etheral came and took a spot beside him. Gesturing to the wolves around them, he was about to say something about the humans when Freya appeared. The shock of Freya's sudden reappearance wasn't half as great as the shock of learning that there had in fact never been any humans at all. He tilted his head in a confused way at his alpha. What was the purpose in scaring everyone, himself included, into believing humans were approaching. He sat on his haunches and folded his ears flat against his scalp in disappointment. He then turned his eyes on Etheral and shrugged. "I suppose nothings happening. False alarm." He turned back to his tea and sipped it moodily. Freya knew his history with humans. Perhaps she could have briefed him earlier about her joke before carrying it through. He watched her projection of a human with mild irritation before quietly distorting space around it. It flickered slightly before bursting apart and fading into nothing. Casting his gaze at Freya he raised an eyebrow in question before lowering his gaze back to his favorite drink once again.

Learning of the new information, Abraxas rolls his eyes in irritation. Humans. One of the few species he despises, and coming here to try and take wolves for themselves. Huffing, he doesn't care to either fight or run. He's been doing both the majority of his life. He watches in amusement as the other packs seem to go crazy over something like this. Aren't they used to it by now? He decides he had enough of this and is about to leave when Freya appears. He too raises an eyebrow. When he figures out she's is behind this, he lets out a chuckle. "Quite humorous," is all he says and decides to stay, this gathering is finally getting interesting..

Freya's sudden entrance half-explained what the hell was going on, added with the fact there was an illusion creature standing in front of them. She tilted her head, wondering what it was. Whatever it was, the other wolves reacted badly with it appearance. Archimedes particularly. Why was Freya scaring everyone? What was she talking about; a trap? What were humans? Well, apparently the thing standing in front of her. She was about to inspect it when the thing suddenly dissipated into oblivion. Turning to Arch, she tilted her head curiously. Why did Freya upset him? She had no reason to, Arch had been nothing but kind to them.
Her eyes strayed to her Alpha, watching her with scrutinizing eyes. Why was Freya being so mean to them all? What had changed her? Or was she finally seeing the side everyone growled about?

She finally gave herself the chance to look around, there were some new wolves, they would soon learn to either join her or fear her. She turned to her pack and saw the disapproving looks they gave her, not that she particularly cared, afterall she was their alpha. The illusion disappeared, again she didnt care.
Her eyes turned to Arch, she couldnt tell if it were just her but he seemed a little unsettled, maybe the image had stirred up something. Of course it had, she knew about his history, she knew her wholoe pack's history. She even caught the questioning stare from him. 'All will be explained later' she spoke softly into his mind. She hadnt meant to upset him, only the others. Walking over to Arch, she noticing him drinking. Always drinking it seemed. She dipped her head, brushing against him as gently as she could, circling around the back of him to stand on his other side. She meant it as comfort, something she wasnt good at doing but hoped that he got the message.
Her eyes shifted to the other wolves. She had done the illusion for a reason. "If they had been real, you would have lead them straight here so they could slaughter each and every one of you," she spoke before closing her mouth, let them think about that.

Freya's shpeel had Charlie thoroughly unimpressed. Combined with the fake human, the wolf could possibly even say she was pissed. The fur on the back of her neck rose until every little hair was standing on end. Her lips twitched, and she sat with seemingly indifference.
Her sightless blue eye and her brown eye followed the female alpha to one of her pack mates, gently brushing up against him in a way that caused her to raise an eyebrow. So the rest of her pack hadn't known about this little prank. Interesting. Even Freya knows how to effectively slip up. She noted the hint of remorse in Arch's eyes, and the slow curiosity and blame in Etheral's. The sneer on her muzzle changed to something of a smirk and she chuckled.
”Freya... you have little faith in us,” The raspy chuckle burst all out for a moment until she could only shake her head side-to-side in amusement. ”Humans might have killed me once, but does that make you think I would allow them to again? Something as soft and pathetic as a human would be only too easy to squish in a place like this, where all of our abilities can be combined for a common cause.” She paused, raising an eyebrow and standing, pacing slowly towards the alpha in slight challenge. ”Or would you, in all of your worldly powers, stand aside? It is difficult to then accuse you of cowardice or betrayal.” Her head tilted up and to the side just a degree, conviction on her face.
After a moment, the female turned. ”There's little point to ruling an area in which the inhabitants you allowed to be slain.” The comment was tossed over her shoulder as she sauntered back over to Celeste.

Iceflame kept silent. She wished to listen to other wolves' opinions. The panic rose slightly, and anger was just barely mixing in with it. That is, until Freya came in. Instantly, Icey's fur rose. Her face became stiff, along with her back. Freya's appearance alone brought back unpleasant memories for Iceflame. But then Freya made a great reveal, and anger, confusion, and annoyance swarmed throughout the wolves.
How dare she do this? Attempting to control herself, she kept silent, ignoring whatever else was happening. But to no avail. Iceflame's fur began to spark violently suddenly, and her fur stood on end, making her look totally different. "How DARE you come here, Freya. How DARE you disrupt this night once again!" Iceflame felt her pelt completely surround itself with lightning, making her look like the clone she usually made. She was really close to unleashing her power on Freya. "You are not welcome, Freya! LEAVE!" Fire seemed to burst around her ankles, and at the end of her tail and ears. She faced Freya, her threatening stance showing she was willing to force Freya to leave.

Niko walked into the gathering as the other wolves voiced their irritation at no other than Freya. The female wolf was near Arch and Niko was about to turn away when he caught sight of the newcomers. Interest peaked he strolled into the gathering oblivious to the entire human scenerio.
"Honestly," he looked at Icy, his one eye twinkling slightly, "we might as well rename these meetings. The monthly 'I hate the bitch' meeting." He gave a cool glare to Freya. Who knew what she'd done now, all Niko was interested in was the new wolves. He wondered where their allegiance was pledged. He sniffed slightly, they didn't smell of clan.
Moving towards the male he sat beside him. The female was pretty yes, but being an occupied male now he had to be a good boy. "Damn. Hook line and sinker," he muttered to himself although he wasn't mad. He loved Feather to much to be upset.
"So can we please move on from the I Hate Freya party. Considering the fact that most of her furballs showed up I don't think starting a fight would be a good idea. Unless she's willing to roll over and die let's move on to more interesting things shall we?" His voice was overly sweet, "No offense your self appointed highness," Niko's voice was full of scorn, " but the world doesn't revolve around you."
Niko was in a rather good mood and let his mouth run full of sarcasm and disrespect. Turning to the male beside him he grinned, "What does matter is you. You and that pretty little thing." He winked at the female, "What brings you to these wonderful, but forsaken lands?"
