Niko stood frozen when Featherstream nuzzled him and he sighed when he was finally released. The way she was acting caught him off guard and was completely odd. Sure they had their moments, but they hadn't been that close for her to be this attatched or miss him this much. In a way it was bothering. He let it go though. She knew he was upset and if she was willing to leave it at that then so be it. He shifted still nervous and unsure about her only wish being his safety. Oh well...women were always emotonal creatures.

Celeste yelps in delight at the sight of her alpha. She runs along with her to greet this Grizzly she speaks of. She giggles at Iceflame's comment. "I suppose so." Giving the other healer a nod she continues to follow her. She looks at Grizzly curiously, ears perked up. "Hello there. I'm Celeste." Her voice flowing elegantly as she says her greeting. She sits down, letting her long purple tail wrap around her. She looks around, wondering when exactly the meeting was going to start and who is going to start it.

Slowly but sure small gray paws walked the familiar path she had walked so many years ago with her mother, brothers, and father. The smooth path had changed somewhat now being more rocky and steep than she remembered. She remembered the tradition and her mother's scolding of why they must go to the Gatherings, but she wasn't an Alpha then. Her eyes glanced up to the frothy sky for guidance yet she received no answer. With a sigh the Alpha entered the clearing, nothing had changed much the old tree still there next to the rock her father had sat on. Aisu knew some wolves that were present and some she did not know.
She walked between couples catching their scents and memorizing colors, she noticed Nokida and smiled at the lone female. Her eyes spied a bright red coat and searched her memory for a name but she found none, she must have been too young to remember him, if only she could have asked her mother who he was.
Aisu blinked for a moment as she caught her own pack's scent she glanced around one last time, she saw Niko and a small chuckle escaped her at the memory of her mother bickering with him. The loner's sour mood never fitted well with her mother's. Wandering over toward her small pack she smiled at them before she saw another female at the side of her Beta.
A growl rose from her throat before she could stop herself the scent was slightly knew but she recognized it. A small pup from the Thunder Clan that caused a bit of trouble for her brother and herself when they were pups. "Iceflame," She answered her own question that buzzed inside her head. Yet, as she looked at the female she began to realize that she wasn't the same pup anymore. The scent was new and it held a high rank like her father's. Alpha?
'How could a nosy brat like her make rank as Alpha?!' Her mind growled as she stared at her. Then her eyes spotted another wolf near the Beta, a bright purple blob. "I'm Aisu, hi, nice to meet you!" She greeted butting into the conversation. 'Now go away. She snarled in her mind toward the females. "Ah, quite the ladies man, ne Grizzer?" She grinned pointly at the black and white wolf.

The muscle movements that forced her forwards she could barely feel. It was happening again, driven by something she knew nothing about, forced to go against her will. The necklace around her neck reflected the last rays of the sun as it descended behind the volcanoe in the far distance. The necklace itself, well, whether it was some magic from it, or simply herself, but since aquiring the trinket, Charlie had felt more at ease and less in pain.
Voices made her pause, and her ears flattened uncertainly. Once again she was being dragged into the company of others? She flinched, knowing what the reaction of others would be. Closing her eyes for a moment, Charlie gave a hissing sigh, and looked up to the skies which was slowly starting to dapple itself in twinkling stars. This is a sight that gave her hope, for in the afterlife it was the same, though there the stars shone brighter and truer. Stealing her, the forces made her continue on into the clearing, wondering if anyone would notice the half-rotted wolf, the half-skeleton who no longer belonged in life, but was trapped nonetheless.
She needed to give this necklace to someone, that much she knew, and hopefully the Demon Alpha would be absent. She knew that whoever she gave it to, it would be best to keep from Freya, the dangerous and power-crazed wolf she'd met only once. Perhaps Scarletta, perhaps she could give the necklace to Scarletta. Voices in the wind had told her that Freya had been the one to destroy her old dimension, that being said, it only made sense that something that could be used as a weapon against the evil female would be best in the hands of someone who would do something with it. Or maybe the Crystal Pack's alpha... Perhaps both. It was known that the Galaxy Pack rarely cared about much unless it was enlisted in their beloved stars, and so unless a prophocy of somesorts unravelled in the milkyway, she doubted their help would be of much use.
Her broken body parted twigs which either skimmed her coat harmlessly, or jabbed into her open wounds painfully, and emerged from a bush. Disappointment filled her when she spotted the red female she'd dearly hoped to miss. Looking around, Charlie noted a fair few wolves, re-uniting and laughing with each other. Spotting the small and white body near-by the strange looking red wolf, Charlie made her way over to her best bet and sat beside them, obviously pushing her way into their little confrontation, but not saying anything as she eyed Freya with distaste.

Politely raising whenever the two females came his way, he offered his place with a gentle grin before bowing lightly as he so often saw many older males do for females in his youth when coming to gatherings. "It has been some time since then, Icey... You've grown quite a bit... Though your energy's the same as ever..." Looking towards the other female who appeared to be a part of his friend's new pack, he memorized her apearence and tried finding a name but figured she was new before offering his own. "A pleasure... I go by Grizzly... As you must already know from this young lady..." Taking in the familiar smell of his leader, he turned blissfully to meet up with her though find her charging over into their chat with a bit of a growling attitude.
Hearing her comment about him with the other girls, he grew silently nervous while allowing a bit of his pride to shine through as he puffed out his fur in an elegent defence before remarking back. "I'm simply showing a little chivalry... I suppose if it concerns you so much I could stop... But why the sudden interest?"

Hearing the male's suggestion that she wished to see him, she puffed her fur out vainly while calming down to handle his insult with a little more class before flowing gracefully in front of him like a ghost. "You know you're completely correct, Ra... I've been very much hoping to see you." Moving around him like before only slower to examen his body, she stopped right in front of him with a devilish grin before sneaking up close to his ear to whisper her reasoning. "I needed a little advise on how to wear my fur for the next gathering... Care to help with your lovely taste in jewelry, Mi' Lady?" Giggling softly as she wisped away after landing her joke, she shortly took notice of the half starved female she'd come to know before coming closer.

"Interest? I have no interest, you can flirt with whomever you want!" She huffed but didn't turn away. Her mind remembered when Grizzly's Uncle, Hawkeye would act like a gentlemen with the ladies in the Peace Gatherings, wooing her mother with a smile and acting cheerful. Grizzly was a lot like him. Aisu realized she was being unfair, but she couldn't help it, whenever she was around Grizzly she had to act like a pup again. Maybe it was to remember the old times. Or maybe it was to bring back the old Grizzly. Whatever it was, she hoped it wasn't making her into a giant jerk.

Noticing her sudden discomfort towards the situtation, he grinned knowingly before putting on his best charm and moved to make room for her to sit in his old space while bowing respectfully. "As the old saying goes... Can't beat them... Join them..." Settling in with a comfortable drop while keeping close to her given space, he smiled innocently enough at her but continued to wait for her to sit down aganist his side.

Her eyes narrowed slightly as he moved off a bit to make room for her. Aisu wasn't exactly planning on sitting down or staying long her eyes glanced off toward the comforting tree and neighboring rock, her mind molded the idea of going off and sitting there. A piece of her parents. "Uh..." She went to say something in protest but her feet moved against her mind's will and she squeezed in snugly to fit beside the toned muscle of her Beta. He was warm. "So, who will start this oh, wonderful tradition?" She asked smirking.

Smiling inwardly as she squeezed onto his side enough to feel her warmth, he looked down at her happily before thinking it over a bit in his head and answering with a simple nod towards herself. "I suppose this would be an alpha's territory... Now where do I know one of those from...?" Leaning in near her face with a supportive look, he tried to keep any worries from her thoughts while motioning for her to start attempting leadership actions that he knew she could pull off.

Oh she had to be kidding right. This wolf, Shadow as she remembered his name was Nokida's mate. Well she figured that was much from the look Nokida was giving him. She sighed. She would like to have both wolves in her pack, more Nokida though seeing as she was from the ancient darkness clan. She turned her attention to Shadow and slipped into his mind. It seemed he had been having an internal struggle within himself, one who was looking for Nokida and one that wanted power. She delved further, back to the meeting they had in the cave, it seemed this voice wanted him to take up her offer. She went even further to when Nokida and Shadow last saw one another. Ah this was going to be easy. She implanted the thought of pure hatred towards Nokida right there in his memories, letting it weave its way through his memories and becoming more and more permanent with every second, the voices that he seemed to have helped even more. She pulled back out of his mind. "Shadow, so we meet again," she replied, keeping it civil in front of Nokida. She turned to the she wolf beside her. "Is this the mate you were looking for?" she asked.

She stood in the center of the clearing, still not noticed. She looked at the pair in the shade by the evil clan leader. Her eye moved to the two by the active Alpha. "Now it is time, master." She faded. She lay in the trees above the Gathered wolves.
________________________________________________________________________
A chill formed in the gathering area, spreading throughout the wolves even before his first appearance. In the center of the clearing, slowly forming as if coming in pieces, was a wolf.his legs, then chest, then shoulders then tails and neck then head. He was probably the biggest there. He looked around with blood red eyes, almost as if daring the others to confront him. He seemed to glow unnaturaly with black aura. His horns which grew in as he lived on glowed as if filled with hellfire. He grinned, but his grinn was creepy, like he knew something bad would happen and was glad about it. "Hey fellas. Mind if I crash this party for a while?"

Kokoda bounced into the meeting, doing his usual trick of jumping over a bush and skidding in the dirt. It was like a tradition to him, to announce to everyone he was there. Even as a pup, he done it. He almost ran into the wolf that materialised out of nowhere, avoiding collision before making his way to his pack.

Blue and golden eyes glanced up at the taller male watching his lips as he spoke. A job for an Alpha huh? There were plenty of Alpha's here, why did it have to be her? Before standing up she glanced at the male again his calm composer warming her. Aisu looked around her surroundings other wolves had gathered now, she recongized a yellow wolf and grinned at the memory. Kokoda, once of the Thunder clan and she knew that he was her father's favorite of the pups in Thunder other than his own kin. Her eyes spied a dark wolf, a male, who looked like the devil himself.
He gave her the chills and she had never been so scared in her entire life-save for the death of her brother. She shook the thought off and cleared her throat. "E-everyone!" She started stammering and she cursed herself. "As the Tradtions hold every full moon we have a Peace Gathering to discuss Packs and..." She paused trying to remember the old gatherings she attended. "M-mating r-r-rituals." The small Alpha stammered and blushed.
She cursed Grizzly in her mind. How could she pull this off? Even her mother never spoke up in the Gatherings. The only one who did was Luna and Aisu had hardly ever paid attention.

Kestrel sighed, lowering her head, trying to regain her composiour. Looking up at the full moon, peeking through a few stray clouds, Kestrel closed her eyes. A breeze ruffled her fur, and a smile pulled at Kestrel's muzzel, she knew he was watching her, her brother, Pandion. How she missed him, Jade, and Kookie. Her beloved friends and family, her pack. There was a nudge at her right front leg, and Kestrel looked down, opening her golden eyes. "Are we going now?" Lavish asked her, jittery like her kind. Weasels were such strange, funny looking creatures, but she loved Lavish as she had her deseased pack.
She nodded, and smiled, crouching for her to climb onto her back. Lavish crawled up, gripping the thick fur at her neck with small paws and teeth and Kestrel took off towards the clearing. She enjoyed running, feeling the wind brush gently against her face like a soft hand, or her brother brushing up against her, curling up together for bed. She closed her eyes for a moment, dogding trees with her sense of smell and hearing. Lacing her mind with Lavish's, she could feel the weasel's joy as they rushed through the forests towards the clearing. Passed a cliff, and Lavish released the hold she had on Kestrel's mane with her teeth, settling instead with her tiny paws as she peeked up above Kestrel's head to get a better view. Kestrel sharpened their mental connection, bringing Lavish's mind to her own, allowing her to feel her muscles working to run, to feel the wind against her fur, Lavish laughed, "Kessie, this is amazing." Kestrel smiled, her tongue lolling out as she ran.
They were a few miles from the gathering when Kestrel slowed her run to a trot, then a walk, and stopped. She was breathing deeply, but not too hard after her long run, and Lavish crawled down from her back to inspect the place. The female wolf payed her companion no heed as she stared off towards the gathering spot, ears erect as she searched the cool night air for voices. A few reached her ears, and a jolt caught her full on in the chest and stomach. Uneasiness, excitement, pain, joy; the emotions swirled inside of her, confusing her and making her want to turn and keep running, while at the same time making her want to run those last few miles.
Tilting her head back, a long, mournful howl painted the air with a masterpiece of the past's pain and hope. Kestrel was back, and she wasn't going to leave again. She was apart of a pack this time, and those ties were going to chain her to the land more effectivly then muscle to the bone. Her head lowered slowly, and she looked down to see Lavish looking up with her with some saddness in her eyes. The female wolf took in a deep breath, "The future is all we have now," her voice was strained and pained, but she strode forward at a trot that Lavish could keep up with.
Breaking into the clearing, Kes let out a breath she hadn't realized she'd been holding. "-discuss Packs and... M-mating r-rituals..." Her ears caught the tail end of her Alpha's small introductory speech. A small smile spread across Kestrel's face at the younger wolf's attempt. She was half tempted to step in, but it was hardly her place.
Of course, she was glad to have seen that Aisu, a pup last time she had seen her, had survived the sicknesses and humans. Now, however, she wondered who else had survived. She knew Grizzly had survived, the cocky youngster now seemed to be quite the ladies man; Kes smirked and allowed her eyes to continue scanning the place. Shadow, Nokida, she was glad the soap-opera couple had survived through the events; Niko kept his place by the High Alpha (or whatever you wanted to call the current snob in position), where he could make his snide but quite frankly, hilarious jokes; Featherstream seemed to be flirting it up with Niko, currently ressuming a slightly pouting expression; and then Ra, the strange red wolf she had had a few confrontations with and she recalled being particularily interested in him before Hawkeye's charm had attracted her.
A grin spread across her face spotting Ra, a white wolf displaying -peculiarily- three tails, and a wolf that appeared as if it should be unmoving underneath some bush; that being an understatement. Her eyes flicked over to her Alpha for a moment, 'How about a ceremony for the lost?'[/i] She sent her thoughts towards her floundering Alpha, a small smile coming to her lips before she took off towards Ra and his small group. "Ra! Long time no see! Remember me?" She greeted, tackling the red and gold wolf to the soft ground. Her tail was wagging furiously, and she gave him a large, wet kiss on his cheek. Climbing off of him just as Lavish came trotting up to them at top speed, Kestrel laughed, "Ra, this is Lavish; Lavish, Ra. Gonna intoduce me to your new friends?" Gently, she touched her mind with the other three, giving them the oportunity to suck in her enthusiam, or leave it. Happiness was something that deserved to be shared.

Watching as an unfamiliar female raced into their conversation to give the male a large smooch, she silented herself for a moment of awkwardness and confusion before shaking it off to wisp up to the girl curiously. "My, my... Hee hee! It seems you're a pretty wanted man now, huh, Jewels?" Smiling friendly at her new company and the odd little wessel at her side, she sniffed the creature interestedly before flowing ghostly around them out of excitement while also paying little attention to the topic of their meeting.

Listening to his leader topic of the gathering, he smiled to himself pleased while outwardly contiuning to show a supportive look whenever she snuck a glance back his way probably in hopes of gaining confidence. "That's quite interesting... The Galaxy Clan is doing well with new wolves joining often enough to be pleasing..." Ending his short report on their clan for the other wolves to hear, he tilted his head to the side with a slight bit of nervousness before contiuning on to the next subject. "In the way of mating... I've already been taken and am hoping for pups very soon... Hopefully that will be a day of great joy for the pack..." Smiling innocently enough towards his leader but still with a knowing look, he happily silenced himself while waiting for others to reply their news.

Shadow grinned as Nokida Looked up at him with eyes that betrayed the fact that her affections for him lived still. "Hey, Nok-" He groaned and crouched as a sharp pain split his skull. He shut his eyes tight and pressed his ears tightly to the top of his head. He felt a presence in his head. Perhaps it was the voices he thought quietly. Then the chanting started. 'Kill....Nokida....Shes Betrayed Us...We must destroy her....' Images of memories filled his mind, Images he didn't recognize. These couldn't be real, What was happening?
He felt a dark presence and latched onto it, using his ability to trace it back to its source. "F-Fre.." His conscious mind was being imprisoned within his thoughts. The voices were growing stronger. She was fueling them. He couldn't repress them anymore. His eyes flew open as they glowed with a bright silver light "D-Damn, N-Nok-...."
His vision clouded and faded to black as his mind was buried under the will of the Voices. They were in control now.

She was surprised when the alpha wolf came by and showed hostility towards her and Iceflame. She tilts her head to the side, confused, but brushes it off as nothing important.
Kokoda finally shows up which makes the entire Crystal here at the gathering. A frown comes across her face. This is my clan? It's much smaller than I imagined....we need to find more wolves..." Her thoughts stop when a mysterious figure comes into the center of the gathering. Her eyes widen when it comes to its full form. A wolf. A scary one at that. She hasn't seen that many wolves with horns, and now she's glad she hasn't. This wolf was huge, obviously not the type to mess with. Then he claims he wants to join the ritual. Something inside tells her that he isn't here just to sit and observe. She scoots closer to her alpha and tugs at her ear gently to watch.

The Beta of Crystal joined the gathering standing next to Celeste. He hadn't heard much but so far as he could tell, things were getting interesting. There were many different wolves here, some that he was amazed to see, well, by appearance, at least. "So you're our healer?"Looking at his alpha he nodded in reverence. "I too, survived. Lucky I did."
