Ryleigh had been laying in the pack lands, watching ants struggle to carry food back to their hole. Ry only watched as a way to try and get her mind off the rants that were running through it. She wasn't really sure why she had come here, and at the moment she felt at sorts with her decision. Her mate had become the beta of the pack, and being the dutiful mate she was, she followed. So far however, she hadn't met anyone, and felt so alone. Oki was always off doing things that needed done, which left Ryleigh alone to sit with her thoughts. I hope i can meet someone soon to talk to. I'll drive myself crazy if i sit here for too long alone.
Ryleigh, like everyone, had demons in her past. Things that she stamped down, time and time again. Ryleigh watched as one ant struggled and she placed her claw on him, squishing him. Ryleigh usually had a better sense for life, but at the moment she felt like she was drowning. A sigh escaped her lips as she placed her head on her paws. She blew lightly over the trail the ants were following, trying to blow away a scent she knew they were following. Ryleigh felt her mind starting to go back to things she didn't wish to remember. Being in new places always caused her to remember her family and where she had come from. Pictures of her parents flashed through her mind and a frown appeared. She missed them, she really did. But Ry couldn't picture being mated with anyone other then Oki.
Ry was mused from her thoughts by a female. The voiced sounded anguished and pained. Ryleigh felt her ears fall back on her head, just by the emotions she felt from it. Ryleigh stood slowly, staying low to the ground, and started to make her way toward the unseen female. Sorry. That seemed to be the main thing this female said. She was sorry. For what. Ryleigh hadn't been walking long when she found her. She felt her heart clench just looking at the female. She looked so thin and broken. Ryleigh felt a twig snap under her paw and hoped the female would realize she was there. "Hello" Ry's voice was low and hallow, even to her own ears. She could hear her own sadness within the tones.
