A hot wind blows over the bowl of the volcano making the settled dust swirl threw the air. thewind stops and everything returns to its motionless state and the dust settles once more. A sharp intake of breath can be heard from the dusty bowl of the mighty volcano and a lone wolf slowly rizes out of the ashes panting, trying to return air to her long oxygen deprived lungs. she looks around to find herself in the dusty crater of the earth "how....did i get here?" comes a hourse question from her dry mouth "where is shadow? where is my son?" she questions looking around herself with weak eyes hissing as the motion reopens a large gash on her neck making fresh blood once again run over her snowy fur and down her now boney leg before hitting the dark crystals by her paws and freezing instaly. she looks to the sun with squinted eyes and lets loose a howl of great tone and power before her vision starts to fade once more and she collapses to the dusty rocks from wich she roze one more.

Feather flew over the dormant volcano, searching for herbs. Lal's touch on her back strangely calmed her illness for the time being, and her feathers had stopped wilting. On the down side, she looked like an elder. She glanced around inside the volcano, when she suddenly jolted to a stop. She felt Lal slip a little, but Lal held on. "Are you alright sweety?" Hearing a reply, she nodded, keeping her eyes on the sight below. There, out of the ashes, rose a wolf.
She recognized it... barely. She didn't know where specifically, but she did know it was long ago, back when Hawkeye... A feeling of dismay overcame her. Dreys wasn't trying to resurrect another wolf! "Lal, I am going to put you down on the ground. I want you to find the closest hidingspot possible. Don't come out till I give you the signal. You remember it?" she waited for the reply, then nodded and flew a little ways away and set her daughter down. Not waiting to see if she had done so, knowing she would, Feather took off again.
She flew back to where she saw the figure, landing a few yards away. It had disappeared, volcanic dust floating where it was. On the bright side, Freya was nowhere to be seen. Less worried, but still on guard, she took a step closer, softly calling to the other. "Hello?"
