Horjacc felt his energy drain, and he snarled in defiance. He perked his ears at Shadow's comment. "My ability IS to draw off of others, you yellow peice of dung! You have no brain if you havn't figured that out." He turned away from him as Freya spoke, and he swiped up dirt, annoyed that the battle was over. Freya wouldn't be completely pleased with his work, but at least he had accomplished what she had asked: to keep Shadow from interfering. He laughed quietly when Freya told them, again, that she could not die. Apparently these wolves wouldn't get it until they actually saw her return from a 'death' state. Then he laughed out loud at Niko's respect comment, coming in close to whisper quietly to him, so that only he could hear. "Do you think any of us 'respect' our leader?" He laughed again. "We follow her because she is the most powerful. Nothing else. We wanted a powerful leader, and she is the only one that qualifies right now. We obey her because she can lead us to everlasting power. THAT is where our loyalties are." He walked to stand below the rock where Freya stood, stopping beside Luna.

Tyche beamed slightly at Freya's praise. It shouldn't have mattered much, but for some reason for her it did. It spooked her that the female knew her name, but it was either gossip or her power and if it was her power than she was all the more wonderful for it.
She growled as Niko opened his big mouth. How DARE he? How dare that scum even think of addressing her. Growling lowely she moved forward to place herself on Freya's right. "Come now Uncle Nik, I don't think you have the right to be calling anyone a coward. Do you?" she cocked her head to the side and spoke in a light and pleasant voice.

Aiden was suddenly choked by water and then was thrown under Freya, her jaws gripping on his throat. He felt peircing pain, and he couldn't throw her off, but after a moment, the pressure was released on his throat, and he rammed the wolf with his hind legs, taking the opportunity to slip off the rock. His neck was bleeding, but for the most part, he was okay... at least, he thought he was. He was no Medic. He glared at Tyche when she spoke up against Niko. "You're a fool if you think these wolves are better than anyone else here," he rasped. "And You have no right saying that Niko is a coward, either. Niko Has more bravery than all of those wolves combined. The only cowards are the ones that hide behind their power and make others do the dirty work." He shot a defiant glance at the Demon wolves, then scooted quickly to stand beside Niko, blocking the silver she-wolf that was his sister.

Featherstream's eyes grew wide, listening to the wolves speak. What happened? Grizzly had been threatened because of Aisu? Loners joining the battles? What on earth had happened here? She noticed how the two wolves had walked between Aisu and the other Demons. She wanted to step forward, but something held her in place. Was it horror? was it confusion? was it fear? She shook herself. "Niko... Aiden... Aisu... What...?" She wanted an explination. Why had blood been spilled tonight? she glanced between the three wolves, speechless. Then she looked at Freya and her Demon dogs. "What on earth possesed you to draw blood tonight? And why is luna standing there? Are you not against tradition? Why should you come here to a sacred place and draw blood?" her voice was quiet, and her confusion and curiosity was sincere. There was no challenge in her voice, just pure curiosity.

Niko raised an eyebrow at Aiden's defense, but smirked dismissing any sarcastic remark he had. The two were not friends, but it seemed they were on the same wavelength when it came to protecting his sister. Niko frowned at Horjacc, "Then your pathetic. Power doesn't last forever." He commented lightly turning his head up, "Thought you were smarter-"
He stopped. Turning up his muzzle had opened a new breath of air and he turned wide eyed to the female beside Freya. He'd ignored the comment about Uncle Nik, but looking at her now he couldn't. There was no way, he'd thought that the wolf was a male, but that scent. There was no denying it. The pup had been a female and was standing right in front of him.
Niko calmed himself down, that wouldn't change things. They had other problems right now anyway, he glanced over at Aiden, he knew. He'd known the entire time. Niko shook his head coming back to the issue at hand, "But then again that's your life to throw away on a whim." Niko commented back at Horjacc. "Your alpha knows I'm right though."

Brightfang felt the wolf cut off the supply of energy, and she snorted. Poor-sport. She listened to the wolves talk, and her eyes glittered. But as she didn't want anyone to realize that she was interested in what the demon wolves were saying, she turned away, swishing her tail. "Hmf. Now I'm bored. You people don't cause enough mischief. Well they do, but they stopped in the middle of it." She looked away, and a lightning came to the ground again as she released most of the energy and became invisible and nearly undetectable again. but no, she didn't leave, far from it. She moved around the other wolves and found her way behind the mischievous wolves, waiting for something interesting to happen.

Alex's eyes grew even more angry as the she-wolf Attempted to choke Aiden. She would have sliced through her right then and there, but then Aiden's opponent Flipped positions and Alex's eyes snapped to her, her eyes blazing. But Aiden was released not long after. Alex's sword, which was dripping with wolf blood, lowered as Aiden moved to stand by Niko. Grunting, she licked off the blood, going to stand by the other two.

The alpha told her to shut up and Fang yelped when the Demon Beta shot pain at her, and she lost her footing and hit the ground. She glared after the demon while he fought, but didn't say a word against him, knowing that her Father was watching. She got to her feet, then walked over to Freya, her eyes stone when she looked at them, but sad when she turned to the others again after Horjacc Passed her, his figure towering over her. She did not flinch, however, though the figures beside her were resonating an evil aura. She looked to Tyche, and for a moment she took part of herself and added it to Tyche's thoughts to fid what she was thinking about the demons. then, finding her goal, her trace of presence left Tyche and returned to Fang. She spoke so only Tyche could hear, though only those that knew what she spoke of would understand. "The beauty of a rose is sometimes an illusion. You will find that not only are the flowers guarded by thorns, but also by snakes and scorpions." She looked into Tyche's eyes for a moment, then looked at the other wolves again. "And the ugliness of a caterpillar..." She directed her eyes at Niko. "...Is not always the way of the bug. If you wait, the Caterpillar will become something more, something worth leaving for a while, so it can learn and grow more beautiful than the loveliest rose. But if one of Snake-like intentions joins with one like the rose, all will be lost in the battle that follows." She scratched her ear as if she had not spoken. "Everything i say is normally important to those around me. Remember my words, Tyche." She moved around to the other side of the Demons, ignoring anything Tyche said. Then she put her front paws on the rock where Freya stood in order to speak. "I believe it's time for us to leave. It's you're choice, I am only suggesting, but i beieive these wolves have much to think about before the next time they cross your path."

Tyche stared at the other young female beside her. Her fur bristled. What did she know? She didn't know anything. Tyche guessed that the woman had some power that led her into her mind, but she could just take whatever information she had and leave. It wouldn't matter if it got out that Niko wasn't her uncle. In fact if the truth got out about him being a murderer it would definately do him more harm then good. Especially in his little clan friends eyes.
So deciding to ignore the inconvienence Tyche snorted and kept herself focused on the main attraction. Freya.

"No." Niko shook his head. "I don't have anything to think about. Life is grey that's all there is to it." He stared at the newest female near Fang. "But Fang can you honestly ask us to leave when Freya is still threatening Grizzly?" He didn't think Fang meant that. The female was just to sweet.

Featherstream looked alarmed. The only information she was getting so far was from the wolves talking among each other, and she didn't like it. She stepped forward, Hissing to Niko. "What's going on? Grizzly was threatened? Why?"

Niko turned towards his new "mate" of sort. Well, that's what he thought they were now, but nothing was official. "Freya brought Luna back from the dead and was trying to tempt Aisu. She attacked Grizzly trying to get Aisu to agree, but Ra and I got in the way. She's just a sore loser about it and says that interfered in the process." Niko's voice was a whisper. He shook his head glaring at Freya, "Something we did not do. We played by her rules, but now she's still threatening to kill him."

Smirking at Horjacc's verbal assault Shadow shook his head in dismay. 'So young and such a fool.' His thoughts came sadly. Turning to take his place with the others to face Freya, Shadows ears perked at her claims that they had broken her rules. He had seen no such thing. It was true what Niko said. It had never been specified that a wolf could not attack her before the decision was made. Snorting with a mixture of irritation and amusement he muttered under his breath for those close by to hear without reaching the Demons ears. "I suppose it's to be expected that the demons wont follow their own rules when they cease to suit them." Flattening his ears in annoyance, he observed the conversation about the current situation of how best to aid Grizzly, and how to show these Demons that they aren't all-powerful gods.

She felt the presence of Tyche as she stood next to the demon alpha. At least she didnt have to control this wolf's mind, this lone girl was a smart one. Turning her attention to Aiden, she sent a piercing glare before hearing a female pipe up. Her head imediately went to the female, the one with wings. "How dare you acuse me of drawing first blood, if i recall it was my own blood that was spilt first by that idiotic male there," she inclined her head towards Aiden, "A burn doesnt bleed therefore neither myself nor Luna drew first blood by issuing the command on Grizzly. And you call yourself a healer, you should know by now blood doesnt ooze from a burn." She ignored the question about tradition, she had already stated time and time again that she wasnt into the old traditions and that she intended to make new ones and she really didnt like to repeat herself. She heard Niko talking about power not lasting forever. Oh how she just wanted to open her mouth and tell him otherwise that was until she watched the energy wolf disappear. Good at least she wouldnt cause problems for now.
She sighed as she found another wolf, this time a pup decided to talk to her but this time about leaving. "I will leave when i want to," she snapped back, wondering if Fang's companion was around. She never did get to watch the match between Lucifer and her beta. Did the male still want the position so badly, maybe he was bidding his time. Her eyes scanned the wolves looking up at her. It was ironic really. They all disliked her, some even hated her and yet here they were looking up to her. She let a small chuckle out, hearing faint whispering among the wolves. She ignored it figuring her beta would sort whomever had a disagreement with them. Turning to Tyche she smiled. "Why did you defend someone like me?" she asked, curious. Maybe not all wolves hated her, "If you are serious about me and my beliefs then you are welcome to come to my lands, be warned though if it is a ploy just to figure out what i plan to do then...well lets just hope its not." She curled her tail against her, moving her head making the dry blood on her fur crack a bit as she waited for Tyche's answer.

Having the last thing he remembered being his mate running up past him for home, he found himself feeling half-dead in a cover of darkness with a horrible pain pulsing in his head. 'D-Dang... By feeling... This doesn't seem too good...' Suddenly cursing himself for forming a solid thought as more torture shot through his skull, he quickly decided to make no more and simply listen to his surroundings naturally.
What seemed to get him was a mixed amount of noise that seemed like conversation, at times it sounded like it might have been towards him which at others it seemed distant. Taking no chances when he felt himself being picked up off the ground, he ran a small amount of electricity through his teeth and nails for as much self defence as he could manage.

Trotting chipperly into the clearing Arch looked around at the sea of hostile, confused, and anguished faces. Smiling with obvious oblivity to the heavy tone of the meeting, Arch trotted over to the place where his pack mates were standing rather aside from the others. Whistling cheerfully he looked over at the others and cocked his head to the side in confusion. "Evening gents. I don't suppose there could be a reason for all this gloom and doom. Look at that moon." He gestured up with his nose "Nothing bad could happen on a night this charming." Turning away from the gloomy fellows he smiled brightly at Horjacc and Freya with his tail swishing slowly across the hard earth for a few moments. He quickly grew bored and conjured up a small dish of tea to drink from while he awaited something to peak his interest.

Brightfang perked her ears at Freya's talk. "If I joined you," the she-wolf allowed herself to be heard, and slowly allowed the light from her fur to low, appearing just beside Tyche as she spoke, "Would I be able to leave the clan alive and intact, no one on my tail that come to hunt me down, at any time I so wish? Be truthful now, I may actually consider joining you if you are." Brightfang's eyes glittered, half knowing the answer, but still wanting to know if Freya could find a way around the specific question.

She looked to the clearing enterance to see another of her pack enter. Well its better late then never she figured. She still awaited Tyche's answer only to have another ask her a question about being able to leave the pack if they wished too. The demon alpha turned to the voice to find it belonged to the energy wolf. "You already have doubts of joining before you even joined," she laughed, "A wolf that wants to leave means that they must have done something wrong by me and hopes to avoid punishment by trying to leave. Obviously news doesnt travel in these areas. No wolf from my pack has successfully left and those that have tried usually end up dead, whether by another pack member or by some natural cause. I believe i was told once before that this pack was cursed. Wolves come and join but never leave alive." Maybe she could leave successfully, she'd be the only one, with her power, it would keep resurecting her and if Horjacc had her power still, then he was in the same boat so to speak. Then again there was no way she'd leave such a powerful pack, not when she was the alpha of said pack.

"Hmm... Not so much doubt as considering whether or not i like the idea of being in the clan. I admit you are a very clever wolf with well-thought-out plans, but i see you also as a demented, evil being who needs to be treated with caution. And I like to know things about the things i get into, my first priority being to learn whether or not i can get out of what i get into. So thank you for the information, I will give you my answer later." She swished her tail at the gathered wolves, Raising an eyebrow at the newest wolf. "Something wicked this way comes, no? How many of you people are there?" She swished her tail dissmisively at him, though she knew he was familiar to her for some reason. she did not speak, though, and instead turned away and began walking away.
